Scope: Design and construction documents for renovation of existing union hall for offices of small law firm.  The union hall building was basically gutted except for an oval floating ceiling in the approximate center of the building.  A new conference room was constructed beneath this ceiling with glass clerestories emphasizing the shape of the ceiling.  Offices and other functions were grouped around this central space, creating interesting spaces, many with curved walls.

As exterior fenestration was limited, the glass clerestory and small, square windows poked seemingly at random in interior partitions helped bring some natural light into the interior.
