Architect of Record: Miltenberger Architects, Inc.
Scope: Design and construction documents for exterior and interior renovations to existing strip shopping center.

Glenn Betz & Associates Jewelers purchased the LaDell Building, an aging and somewhat seedy looking strip shopping center on busy Manchester Road in Des Peres, MO and contracted with Miltenberger Architects to renovate both the exterior and portions of the interior to give the property improved street appearance worthy of the location of a high end jeweler.  Inside/Out Architecture, Inc. designed the new exterior and prepared construction drawings for the changes.
