Architect of Record: Miltenberger Architects, Inc.
Scope: Design and construction documents for renovation of existing loft space for legal offices in historic downtown office building. The existing offices abutted an unfinished area; this project renovated the new area to match the standards of the existing offices and provided new offices for four lawyers, a large file room, and cubicle areas for paralegals and secretaries.
