Scope: Construction management of inner city office building housing community services.  This building project was the second State of Missouri building constructed using the agency construction management approach.

This building, constructed in 1980, included rooftop solar panels to heat water for use in building lavatories and an ice-storage tank so that the chilled water system could create ice during off-peak hours which would then cool the refrigerant during the day, thereby lowering peak hour electrical usage charges.
