MID-STATES PLUMBING SUPPLY, INC., St. Louis, MO
Architect of Record: Miltenberger Architects, Inc., Kirkwood, MO
Scope: Planning, design and construction documents for renovations to large, aging industrial building to house offices and warehouse facilities for plumbing supply company.

Taking a rusting, empty industrial building on St. Louis’ north riverfront, we inserted a two-story office area and transformed this space into a bustling, functional business address.

These large, built-up steel columns and pyramid-shaped concrete bases presented a design challenge for the insertion of the two-story office area. Inside the new space, one would never know they were there.
